MAXIMUM Group company News
One of the largest companies - owners of the rolling stock of the MAXIMUM group is LLC "TopLine".
The company was founded in 2010 and pursues an active investment policy with priority in building up its own fleet of universal platforms. In 2013, the company purchased 370 units of new and 62 units of 2008 production of universal platforms of the 13-2114 model of JSC Altayvagon.
For 2013 the value of the company's net assets exceeded 1 billion rubles, which were formed, among other things, due to the active participation of shareholders in increasing the authorized capital of the Company, currently the company's Criminal Code is 130 million rubles. A balanced attitude to the formation of the credit load allowed the company to maintain a fairly comfortable debt leverage relative to the industry averages (debt to EBITDA less than 3) in the absence of urgent loans and loans for repayment.
In 2013, the Company created a subsidiary of TopAktiv LLC with an authorized capital of 6.5 million rubles. The net asset value of the subsidiary as of the end of 2013 is more than 100 million rubles.
As of December 31, 2013, the total fleet of both companies amounted to more than 700 cars. The main priorities in 2014 for both companies will be the growth of the operating fleet, reduction of the debt burden and improvement of the achieved financial indicators.
