Refinancing of TopLine LLC
In March 2018, the process of refinancing the loan portfolio of TopLine LLC, part of the MAXIMUM Group of Companies, was completed. Work with banks to improve the quality of the company's loan portfolio began in mid-2017.
In the process of refinancing, about 500 million previously attracted credit funds were noticed. The largest Russian banks with high credit ratings participated in the replacement process: Sberbank PJSC and UniCredit Bank JSC.
The main objectives of refinancing the company's loan portfolio were: improving financial stability, increasing the terms of financing, as well as reducing interest costs.
The mentioned goals were achieved: all short-term loans, as well as loans with a maturity in the next two years, were replaced with 5-6-year borrowed funds with a simultaneous reduction in the financing rate.
